Refund policy
Every title here is an e-textbook from the publisher — most editions from the major publishers, including the newest ones, as the official, high-quality PDF (ePub where the publisher offers it). No scans, no photocopies. We stand behind that, so here is exactly when we refund and how the money comes back to you.
Instant-download books
A file can't be returned, but it can be refunded. If what you downloaded is not what the book page promised, tell us and we refund it. That covers, for example:
- a scanned or image-only PDF instead of the publisher's digital file
- low quality — blurry pages, missing pages, broken or garbled text
- the wrong book or the wrong edition
- a file that won't open
Ask within 7 days of purchase. We open the file, check it against your note and answer within 24 hours. If it falls short, the full price of that book goes back to your balance.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is a book we source for you after payment. Usually it's ready within a few hours: we get the file from the publisher, run it through our quality check, and the download appears in your account with an email to say so.
If we can't get the book, or the file doesn't pass our quality check, we don't deliver it — we refund it. The full amount is returned to your account balance within 24–48 hours, and you'll get an email when it lands. Nothing to request, nothing to chase.
How the money comes back
A refund is always the full price you paid for that book, credited to your account balance. From there it's yours to use either way:
- Spend it on your next order — it pays at checkout like any balance.
- Withdraw it to your own wallet: Cash App, Coinbase, or any wallet that takes USDC. With Cash App it's a few simple steps — see how withdrawals work.
The refunded book leaves your account; every other book on the order stays yours and stays downloadable. A refund can cover one book or the whole order, and each book can be refunded once.
How to ask
Go to your orders, find the order, and open a support message with:
- the book you're asking about
- what's wrong with it — a screenshot of the page helps us answer faster
We reply to every request, even if you're not sure it qualifies. Asking is the fastest way to find out.
